Czar is a one-of-a-kind dog that is seeking a great permanent home.  In the short time of being with his foster family, he has mastered traveling on stairs, sitting, laying down and is now housebroken.   He loves to be around people at all times, so if you are looking for that “velcro” dog, he is the one for you.  He also seems to love young children. He is really kind of funny because he can be that couch potato that never makes a sound or he can be ready to play at a moment’s notice.  With that being said, a home that has an outdoor area for him to run and play in would be ideal.  He loves to play with other dogs so a multiple dog household would be A-OK with him.
