Noel is an adorable 4 pound maltese mix approximately 5 years old who loves everyone she meets. She came into rescue from a hoarding situation when there was a house fire. She will need another dog in her forever home or someone willing to work with her on her anxiety. She will not do well in a condo or apartment by herself. Noel is crate trained and is doing well on housebreaking although as with all toy breeds it is a slow process.
