Tiny is a lovely and petite 8-year-old English Bulldog who had been through the mill, literally. This sweet and gentle soul came from a puppy mill, but she’s got a good attitude and bright future. Tiny is great with everyone and everything–dogs, cats, kids, and strangers. She would prefer a mellow doggy playmate to match her laid-back lifestyle. Tiny doesn’t understand how to walk on a leash, so she will require a fenced yard to potty at her own pace. She is getting better about housebreaking, but that’s a new trick for this older gal. Tiny also is far from her pre-baby body with her saggy boobies. We cinch them with a belt when she’s outside to avoid getting tinkle on her ta-tas. Tiny is a slow-moving girl with hip dysplasia and arthritis, but she moves along okay, and at this point in her life, the vet recommends not surgically interfering since she has adapted. Tiny doesn’t hear or see very well, but she finds her way around and enjoys following her humans and dogs. Her left eye is cloudy with occasional green discharge, so she may need daily drops to keep her eye comfortable. She also has some hot spots on her skin, but she is on a grain-free diet and ResqOrganics cream to soothe those spots. She also tested positive for Lyme disease, which is treated with a month of antibiotics. Although the test might always come up postive despite having no symptoms, it’s nothing to worry about. She would prefer a home with no more than one step to reach the grass for potty (unless you plan to carry her) since she struggles with just a step off the deck into the grass. Her favorite things are lap snuggles and sitting in corners. Do you have room in your heart and home for this sweet girl? Apply now at www.ildoberescue.com
