Because we are all volunteers, Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus only considers approved applicants to meet our orphans in our foster homes. The adoption fee includes vet exam, FIV/FeLV test, age-appropriate spay/neuter through IDR+ approved vet, age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, flea and ear mite check, and microchip. Deejay is a sweet lynx-point Siamese mix who came to us after being found stray – and getting his butt kicked. He had bite wounds on his legs, neck, back – virtually everywhere. He is recovering in his foster home and regardless of what we went through, he remains sweet and loving. He is about 2.5 years old – good with cats, not mingled with dogs yet.
