Much has been learned about animal behavior over the years, and balanced, aversive, and punishment-based training methods are not effective long-term and can cause increased fear, mistrust, negative association, and aggression. Mindful Methods Companion Coaching specializes in reactivity and behavior modification and is owned by Jessie Kasper IAABC-ADT, FDM, FFCP, PNCC who is a long-time adopter and volunteer with IDR+. Mindful Methods Companion Coaching offers private in-home training, virtual training, and phone consultations. IDR+ receives a $25 donation in your dog’s name for every session or package booked. Dog Forward Training offers private, in-home training and puppy socialization sessions for puppies ages two to five months old.
