Available Cats & Kittens: Deejay

Because we are all volunteers, Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus only considers approved applicants to meet our orphans in our foster homes. The adoption fee includes vet exam, FIV/FeLV test, age-appropriate spay/neuter through IDR+ approved vet, age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, flea and ear mite check, and microchip. Deejay is a stunning 2.5-year-old lynx point Siamese with striking blue eyes and a calm, gentle presence. He came to us as a stray, a little worse for wear and clearly having been through a lot, but he’s been healing beautifully – both physically and emotionally – over the past several weeks.

What’s really special about Deejay is how affectionate he is. He’s the kind of cat who melts into your lap, purring the entire time, perfectly content just being close to his person. He has a quiet, easygoing nature and does well with other cats, preferring to keep things peaceful and steer clear of any drama.

He’s a really good boy who’s ready for a soft place to land and someone to love him the way he deserves.
