Available Cats & Kittens: Squirrel

Because we are all volunteers, Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus only considers approved applicants to meet our orphans in our foster homes. The adoption fee includes vet exam, FIV/FeLV test, age-appropriate spay/neuter through IDR+ approved vet, age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, flea and ear mite check, and microchip. Meet Fluffernutter!

If you’re looking for a kitten with equal parts snuggle, fun, and personality, Squirrel is your guy! This handsome short-haired tabby is about 8 weeks old and is growing into quite the adorable little heartthrob.

Squirrel is being raised with both cats and dogs, so he’s well on his way to becoming a confident, social companion. Like any kitten his age, he’s full of curiosity and loves to spend his days chasing toys, wrestling with his sibling (Fluffernutter), exploring every corner, and then curling up for a well-earned nap.

His sweet face makes him impossible to resist, and his playful, affectionate nature will have you falling in love in no time. Whether he’s zooming around the house or snuggling up after playtime, Squirrel is sure to bring plenty of joy and laughter to his forever family.
