Kendall is a stunning 2-year-old Doberman who is learning what it means to be a beloved house dog after coming from a breeder shutdown. While she’s still figuring out the world outside of a kennel setting, Kendall is already showing how special she can be with the right person by her side.
Kendall is looking for a home where she can be the one and only — the true queen of her castle. She is not comfortable sharing her space with other dogs and will thrive in a home where she can soak up all the attention, structure, and guidance her family can provide.
She can be shy and cautious when meeting new people, but with patience, consistency, and gentle encouragement, Kendall is capable of building strong, loyal bonds. She will need an understanding adopter who is prepared to help her learn the basics that many dogs pick up as puppies, including housetraining, manners, and foundational commands. Because of this, she would do best with someone committed to continuing her training and helping her gain confidence at her own pace.
Kendall is essentially starting fresh and will need a home willing to guide her through learning how to live as a family companion. In return, she has the potential to form an incredibly deep and devoted connection with her person — something Dobermans are famously known for.
Kendall will do best in a calm, structured environment with a patient adopter who understands that her journey will take time, but will be deeply rewarding.
