Because we are all volunteers, Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus only considers approved applicants to meet our orphans in our foster homes. Nacho is a 1-year-old blue Doberman who’s equal parts handsome and hilarious — from his silly, expressive ears to his lanky legs that still seem to have a mind of their own. He is still filling out, but he’s already packed with personality.

Nacho is your classic Doberman pup: full of energy, curiosity, and goofiness. He loves people almost as much as he loves food and gets along great with other dogs. He’s housebroken, happily trots into his run at bedtime, and sleeps through the night like a pro.

Still very much a puppy, Nacho is in his teenage phase, so he’ll need continued training, structure, and plenty of toys to keep him busy. In return, you’ll get endless affection, loyalty, and laughs.
