Meet Rocky!

Don’t let his tiny size fool you—3-year-old Rocky has a big personality packed into his adorable 5-pound frame! This handsome little Chihuahua is equal parts playful sidekick and professional cuddle buddy, making him the perfect companion for someone looking for a best friend.

Rocky is incredibly affectionate and loves being wherever his people are. Whether you’re working from home, watching TV, or getting ready for bed, he’ll happily be your little shadow. At night, his favorite place is snuggled under the blankets, soaking up all the warmth and love.

When it’s playtime, Rocky is all in! He absolutely loves playing with other dogs and can often be found running around the yard, bouncing with excitement, and doing the cutest little play bows to invite his friends to chase him. He gets along well small dogs and would enjoy having a playful canine companion, though he’d also be happy as the center of your world. He also ignores the cats in his foster home.

Rocky is about 95% house-trained, crate trained (though he doesn’t need to be crated), and rides wonderfully in the car, making him an easy little companion to take along on adventures.

Because Rocky loves his people so much, he does experience some separation anxiety when left alone for long periods. He would thrive in a home with someone who works remotely, is retired, or simply spends a lot of time at home. He also isn’t a good match for young children and would do best in an adult home or one with older, respectful kids who understand how to interact with a tiny dog.
