Meet Sunflower, our absolutely adorable 10-ish-year-old Pomeranian mix!

This sweet ol’ gal found herself wandering as a stray in southern Illinois, but it didn’t take long for her to blossom in foster care. With those precious, soulful eyes, she quickly stole her foster mom’s heart!

Sunflower is a gentle, easygoing girl who enjoys the simple things in life, especially a good nap. She’s housebroken and settles in for the night behind a gate. She’s not a fan of being crated. She gets along with dogs, cats, and is fine with gentle children.

Sunflower is looking for a loving home where she can enjoy the slower pace of life, cozy naps, gentle affection, and all the comforts she deserves. After all, her golden years should be filled with love, security, and happiness.

This sweet girl has so much love left to give, and we would love nothing more than to see her spend her golden years exactly where she belongs: in a home of her own, surrounded by love.
