Meet Rose a “lion like” vibrant red colored Chow Chow lady who is just so adorable!  Rose is estimated to be around 3-4 years of age and is a very easy keeper in her foster home. She is housebroken, crate trained, a great eater and gets along with the resident senior female French Bulldog.  Not much is known of her past other than a good samaritan found her wandering in the city and brought her to an area police department precinct. After being held at animal control for her legal stray hold she was then transferred to IDR+.  Rose did excellent for her professional grooming session with zero issues!  Chow Chows by nature are a very independent and somewhat aloof breed when it comes to meeting new people. Once they create a bond with their people, they are loyal and loving as can be. Rose’s favorite thing to do is exploring the fenced yard patrolling for birds and squirrels! We are hoping to find Rose that right home with someone who has experience and appreciation for the Chow Chow breed. Do you have room in your heart and home for this fluffy lady?
