If you’re someone that thrives in chaos and loves a good challenge, then keep reading! Juliet came to IDR+ as a stray and although she looks like a purebred Doberman, she acts like 100% Tasmanian devil. In her foster home, she is unsure of new people, but after a couple minutes, if you ignore her, her curiosity gets the better of her and she comes to you.

She is a sweet puppy that has absolutely no self awareness of her 60 pound size and no ability to control herself. If she was in a china shop, the carnage will be EPIC! Juliet is not inherently destructive, but she is a puppy, and left unsupervised she will find something to get into. She needs a home without younger children because she would knock them right over before realizing they were even around. She also needs an active buddy or someone to keep her busy. Obedience training is a requirement and will not only help instill structure with Juliet, but also help her develop a bond with her new family.

She will need a home with a fenced yard because she loves to run, and run, and run. She does get along with dogs, but would be happiest with a dog her size and energy level. Her smaller, foster sister pups don’t always take kindly to her when she wants to play with them and does not take “No” for an answer.

She rides like a dream in the car. It’s similar to a crying child that magically settles down when going for a ride. She is housebroken and crate trained even though she will bark for a while when she first goes in, she settles down eventually.

In between the moments of chaos, Juliet is cute and loving and will make a fantastic companion for someone that is patient and ready for a young working dog that needs structure in her life.
