Our adoption radius is 3 hours from the Chicagoland area.

CeCe is a 4-year-old, female, brindle, Bull Terrier who was found wandering around Chicago. She’s been in her foster home for a year and a half now. We know it’s more difficult to place orphans that need to be an only pet, but CeCe is a DREAM and would absolutely be perfect for someone who wants a laid back companion!

CeCe is the perfect house guest in every way. She is fully house trained and has NEVER had an accident. She is crate trained, quiet, and polite. She has never chewed furniture, shoes, or anything that isn’t hers. Her favorite pastime is NAPPING and she loves nothing more than to curl up on the couch with you and snuggle. She still makes time to have that classic Bull Terrier silliness and will crack you up with her antics. She is goofy and fun-loving.

CeCe walks beautifully on harness and lead and would be fine on suburban walks. She’d prefer a fence but with her low-key energy would be just fine without one. She also has arthritis in her back which doesn’t slow her down too much and that she takes medication for, so low impact exercise is perfect for her.

In true Bully fashion, she loves to be close to her people. She loves all people including children, however due to her tendency to want to be close all the time, she’d do best with kids 10 and older who are confident, patient, and experienced with dogs. She greets nicely and takes treats gently.

Since CeCe is recommended as an only pet this means she is not a candidate for dog parks, daycare, or any highly unstructured situation with lots of dogs around. CeCe would just prefer that dogs maintain a polite distance, but otherwise she minds her business!

She is curious and confident in new environments and will make her forever home very happy!
